Silicate zirconium ceramic beads
Silicate zirconium ceramic beads are manufactured by electrical / thermal fusion of oxides. The internal structure consists of a phase of non-crystalline silica, resulting in high-impact properties coupled with good rigidity.
Application of zirconium ceramic beads silicate
Zirconium ceramic beads are used to clean surfaces from rubber and plastic molds, castings, boiler parts and heat exchangers, and lead components in the nuclear reactor as well as in nuclear reactor components such as pre-welding exchanger pipe plates. Silicate zirconium ceramic beads are also used to remove locks, lock components and surface preparation for stainless steel parts used in the food industry.
Silicate Zirconium ceramic performance and the use of guidelines
Typical examples of zirconium silicate beads include:
Maybe used in pneumatic and compressed air, wet and dry.
When used in blasting equipment without ventilation, adequate media coverage of the blades must be maintained to avoid excessive media interruption rates.
Make sure the blasting equipment contains a good working mixture if the grinding / discoloration is required.
